Refund Policy

1. How WiFi pricing works

WiFi Password Recovery (wifipassword.org) operates on a pay-on-success model:

• You upload a WPA/WPA2 handshake capture (.cap, .pcap, .pcapng, or .hc22000). Legacy .hccapx must first be re-exported to .hc22000.
• A submitted capture may contain valid handshakes for multiple networks. Recovery processing covers the valid handshake records contained in that file.
• No payment is collected before the initial recovery attempt.
• Our GPU cluster runs dictionary + rule-based + pattern attacks against mode 22000 (WPA-PBKDF2-PMKID+EAPOL).
• If a password is found and cryptographically verified against at least one handshake in the submitted capture, checkout becomes available in USDT on the TRC-20 network.
• If the password is not found, no charge is created.

2. Refund eligibility

Refunds are issued in these cases:

• Password not found — no payment was collected, so no refund request is necessary.
• Handshake file is corrupted or has no EAPOL/PMKID material — it is rejected before a job is created.
• Delivered result fails verification — if the delivered password does not cryptographically verify against any handshake in the exact submitted capture because of a technical error, contact us within 14 days. Full 100% refund.

3. When a refund is NOT possible

• A verified password was delivered and works for one or more handshakes contained in the submitted capture.
• The capture contained multiple or nearby networks and the verified result was not the network you expected.
• You changed or reset the router password after the capture was created.
• You no longer need the network after purchasing the verified result.

4. Incorrect result

If a delivered password does not verify against the submitted capture, contact support within 14 days. After reproducing the mismatch we will approve a USDT TRC-20 refund.

5. USDT refund procedure

Because blockchain transfers cannot be reversed automatically, support will ask you to confirm a TRON (TRC-20) wallet address. We never assume that the invoice sending address can receive a refund. Approved refunds are sent in USDT on TRC-20; any unavoidable network fee is disclosed before sending. We normally initiate the transfer within five business days after eligibility and the destination address are confirmed.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel an unpaid recovery at any time. Because no upfront payment is collected, cancellation creates no charge and no refund is required.
